Lately it seems I seldom have time to unpack, less alone prepare for another speech. However, I am looking forward to this DC trip. I still believe that insurance companies have the ability to positively influence food manufacturers through auditing before issuing a policy and in giving incentives to those manufacturers that adopt food safety measures.
